🔁 Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window after you receive your badge buddy to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility:

• Badge buddy must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• Must be returned in the original packaging.

Please inspect your badge buddy when it arrives. If it's defective, damaged, or you received the wrong design or name, contact us right away so we can make it right.

The fastest way is to:

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned badge buddy, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please allow your bank or card issuer time to process the refund.
